Ego Is Not My Higher Power (Rat) Recovery T-Shirt

This heavyweight, garment-dyed tee feels lived-in from the first wear. The relaxed silhouette and soft, broken-in color give it an easy, streetwise vibe that lets the artwork breathe. Front artwork shows a mischievous, graffiti-style rat and bold hand-lettering that reads “EGO is not my HIGHER POWER,” mixing punk attitude with a playful, introspective edge. Wear it to meetings with friends, late-night skate runs, or quiet moments of reflection—this shirt sits between humor and honesty, turning a simple statement into a small manifesto.

The cotton is dense and durable, but the post-construction dyeing makes the surface feel supple and slightly faded, like something you’ve loved for years. The roomy cut layers well over hoodies or stands confidently on its own. Available in many colors and sizes, it’s a tactile, visual piece for anyone who likes graphic tees that talk back.
